Schedule: PRN requiring flexible availability for day, evening, and overnight shifts (with a higher need for overnights), including weekends, holidays, and varying schedules based on program needs.
Earn $19.33/hour
Position Details
Residential Workers are essential to promoting the safety, stability, and overall well-being of individuals diagnosed with mental illness living in a community residential rehab (CRR) setting. They provide direct care and support, addressing both mental and physical health needs, while actively participating in the treatment planning process as part of a collaborative care team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and implementing activities and other special projects designed to increase skills in independent and community living, socialization/leisure time.
  • Build on strengths to promote positive growth for the consumer.
  • Engage consumers in appropriate life skills to develop abilities to live as independently as possible.
  • Accompany consumers on trips outside the facilities for treatment medical or any other appropriate reasons.
