  • Schedule installations directly with homeowners
  • Explain the installation process, answer questions, and provide timely project updates
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professional communication and follow-up
  • Cross-Department Coordination
  • Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Permitting, Procurement, Operations, Installation, Service, Inspection, and Utility partners
  • Coordinate documentation, approvals, inspections, and project requirements
  • Escalate project issues quickly to minimize delays
  • Maintain accurate project records, notes, and communication history within the CRM
  • Operational Excellence
  • Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
  • Hold internal teams accountable through proactive communication
  • Identify opportunities to improve project workflows and operational efficiency
  • Support company growth by maintaining organized, accurate project documentation

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience coordinating residential solar projects or working within residential solar operations
  • Strong understanding of the residential solar installation process from contract through PTO
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and solve problems proactively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with permitting, inspections, utility interconnection, or project management
  • Familiarity with Illinois residential solar projects
  • Experience coordinating multiple departments simultaneously
  • Background in construction, renewable energy, or project management

What Success Looks Like

Within your first six months, you will:

  • Successfully manage a portfolio of 150–250 active projects
  • Keep projects moving with minimal supervision
  • Minimize delays through proactive communication and follow-up
  • Build strong relationships with homeowners and internal teams
  • Improve project efficiency while delivering an outstanding customer experience

Compensation & Benefits

  • $55,000 – $70,000 Annual Salary (Based on Experience)
  • Performance-Based Career Growth Opportunities
  • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance
  • Paid Time Off (Vacation, Holidays & Sick Time)
  • Retirement Savings Program

  • Stable, Growing Company with Long-Term Career Opportunities
  • Supportive, Team-Oriented Work Environment
