Job description

Allstar Services is expanding across the Carolinas and we’re hiring a Field Superintendent to “run the show” in the field. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone with deep residential roofing installation experience who can manage crews, drive quality, and keep jobs moving on schedule. If you’ve led high‑volume residential roofing installs and know how to hold teams accountable, this is a high‑impact role in a fast‑growth environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead day‑to‑day residential roofing installations across assigned Carolinas territories
  • Manage roofing crews/subcontractors and oversee multiple jobs simultaneously
  • Ensure quality installs meet manufacturer specs, code requirements, and company standards
  • Conduct jobsite inspections and solve issues in real time (materials, workmanship, scope changes)
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain jobsite compliance
  • Coordinate with Production/Operations/Sales to hit timelines and customer expectations
  • Track progress, production milestones, and readiness for closeout
  • Coach, train, and correct performance to improve crew output and consistency
  • Own field execution from start to completion
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of residential roofing installation experience (asphalt shingles, standard systems)
  • 2+ years in a leadership role (Field Superintendent, Production Manager, Foreman, Lead Installer, etc.)
  • Experience managing multiple crews/jobs and maintaining quality across sites
  • Strong working knowledge of roofing best practices, jobsite flow, and punch/closeout
  • Comfortable enforcing standards, making decisions, and leading through accountability
  • Familiarity with production tools, inspections, or job tracking systems
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Valid driver’s license; ability to travel within the Carolinas as needed
  • Experience with storm restoration / high‑volume residential operations preferred
  • Experience scaling new markets or standardizing crew processes preferred
