About Us

D&D Home Remodeling is a family-owned design-build remodeling company specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home renovations, additions, and ADUs. We are looking for an experienced Residential Remodeling Project Manager who can manage multiple projects from pre-construction through final completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple residential remodeling projects simultaneously
• Review contracts, plans, scopes of work, budgets, and payment schedules before construction begins
• Create and maintain detailed construction schedules
• Coordinate employees, subcontractors, vendors, designers, engineers, and inspectors
• Visit jobsites regularly and verify progress, workmanship, safety, cleanliness, and jobsite protection
• Ensure that work follows approved plans, project specifications, building codes, and company standards
• Communicate regularly and professionally with homeowners
• Provide clients with clear project updates and respond promptly to questions
• Track project costs, labor, materials, subcontractor payments, and remaining budgets
• Review subcontractor invoices and confirm completed work before approving payment
• Identify additional work and prepare change-order information before work proceeds
• Coordinate material selections, ordering, delivery, and verification
• Confirm that materials are correct and undamaged before installation
• Schedule inspections and verify that each project is ready before the inspector arrives
• Anticipate project delays, conflicts, and construction issues before they become larger problems
• Maintain daily project documentation, progress photos, schedules, and client communication
• Conduct quality-control inspections throughout each project
• Manage punch lists and ensure timely project completion
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, employees, subcontractors, and vendors

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of residential remodeling or construction project-management experience
• Strong knowledge of kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home remodeling, additions, and ADUs
• Strong understanding of framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, tile, flooring, cabinetry, countertops, and finish work
• Ability to read architectural and structural plans
• Understanding of permits, inspections, construction sequencing, and building codes
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent client communication and customer-service skills
• Highly organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and accountable
• Ability to manage multiple active projects and priorities
• Experience working with construction-management software and digital project documentation
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel throughout the Bay Area
• Must have a smartphone and computer
• English required; Spanish is a plus
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
