If you are an experienced construction and remodeling professional who enjoys working directly with homeowners, building long-term relationships, and guiding renovation projects with confidence and integrity — we would love to meet you.

About the Role

This position combines consultative sales, residential remodeling expertise, project development, and client relationship management.

You will meet directly with homeowners to assess remodeling and renovation needs, help guide practical construction solutions, prepare detailed proposals and contracts, and collaborate closely with ownership, project managers, subcontractors, and vendors throughout the process.

The ideal candidate understands residential construction, communicates confidently with clients, and genuinely enjoys helping homeowners successfully navigate remodeling projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with homeowners to discuss remodeling, renovation, and repair projects
  • Assess project needs and help guide practical construction solutions
  • Prepare detailed scopes of work, proposals, and contracts
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships that generate repeat and referral business
  • Collaborate closely with ownership, project managers, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Prepare project documentation, budgets, material lists, and change orders
  • Coordinate special material orders and project details
  • Maintain strong communication throughout the client experience
  • Represent the company professionally within the community and industry

Ideal Experience

  • Experience in residential remodeling, renovations, construction sales, estimating, project management, or related construction leadership
  • Strong understanding of residential construction methods and project sequencing
  • Experience with Chicago residential and/or condominium remodeling is highly valued
  • Comfortable discussing budgets, construction details, and project expectations with homeowners
