Job description

Residential Remodeling Sales & Project Manager

Build Great Projects. Build Lasting Relationships. Build Your Career.

Base Salary: $65,000-$85,000, plus performance bonuses

If you understand residential remodeling and enjoy working directly with homeowners, this is an opportunity to own projects from the first conversation through the final walkthrough while helping grow one of Northern Virginia's trusted home remodeling companies.

At Harry Braswell Concierge Home Services, you'll do far more than prepare estimates or oversee construction. You'll guide homeowners through one of the biggest investments they'll make in their home, earning their trust, solving problems, and delivering projects you'll be proud to put your name on.

We're looking for someone who enjoys both consultative sales and project leadership--someone who understands how remodeling projects are built, communicates with confidence, and takes ownership from start to finish.

About Harry Braswell Concierge Home Services

Harry Braswell Concierge Home Services provides high-quality residential remodeling and home improvement services throughout Northern Virginia. From kitchens, bathrooms, and basements to repairs and whole-home improvements, we've built our reputation on exceptional craftsmanship, honest communication, and delivering projects that exceed expectations.

As our company continues to grow, we're looking for someone who wants to help shape that growth while building a long-term career.

The Opportunity

This is a unique role that combines sales, estimating, and project management into one rewarding position. Rather than handing projects off after they're sold, you'll remain the primary point of contact throughout the entire customer journey.

Every day is different. One day you may be helping a homeowner plan their dream kitchen renovation. The next, you'll be coordinating subcontractors, solving field challenges, reviewing project budgets, or celebrating another successful completion with a satisfied customer.

If you enjoy variety, accountability, and seeing the direct results of your work, you'll thrive in this role.

What You'll Do
  • Meet with company-provided homeowner leads to understand their goals and recommend practical remodeling solutions.
  • Develop accurate scopes of work, estimates, and proposals that align customer expectations with project requirements.
  • Build trust through consultative sales conversations and confidently guide homeowners through project decisions without high-pressure tactics.
  • Manage remodeling projects from contract through completion by coordinating subcontractors, materials, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Keep homeowners informed throughout every stage of the project with proactive, professional communication.
  • Manage project documentation, change orders, and scope adjustments to protect customer satisfaction and company profitability.
  • Partner with office and production teams to ensure projects remain organized, efficient, and on schedule.
  • Help improve company systems and processes as we continue to grow.
What Success Looks Like

During your first year, you'll become known for:

  • Consistently converting qualified homeowner consultations into profitable remodeling projects.
  • Delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
  • Building strong relationships that generate positive reviews, referrals, and repeat business.
  • Maintaining organized documentation, clear communication, and disciplined change-order management.
  • Taking ownership of your projects while contributing ideas that improve the customer experience and company operations.
Who Will Thrive Here

This role is an excellent fit for someone who:

  • Has hands-on experience in residential remodeling or home improvement.
  • Enjoys building lasting relationships with homeowners.
  • Understands how remodeling projects are actually built--not just how they're sold.
  • Can balance multiple projects while staying organized and detail-oriented.
  • Communicates professionally, even when navigating budget discussions or unexpected project challenges.
  • Takes ownership, follows through, and enjoys being measured by results.
  • Wants to grow with an established company rather than simply manage another project.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in residential construction, remodeling, or home improvement is required.
  • Sales, estimating, or residential project scoping experience is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to lead subcontractors, manage schedules, and coordinate multiple active projects.
  • Strong understanding of scope management, budgeting, and change orders.
  • Comfortable using CRM software, email, digital documentation, and project management tools.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary of $65,000-$85,000, depending on experience.
  • Performance bonuses based on sales success and project profitability.
  • Health insurance.
  • Dental insurance.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO).
  • Paid holidays.
  • 401(k) with company matching.
  • Potential company vehicle
  • Long-term career growth with an established and respected remodeling company.
Work Location & Schedule

This is a full-time, on-site position serving homeowners throughout Northern Virginia. The role requires regular office attendance, active jobsite visits, and face-to-face homeowner meetings. It is not a remote or desk-only position.
