Job Summary

As a Residential Services Attendant, you will help ensure that our community is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. You will be responsible for the cleanliness of common areas such as the office, amenities, hallways, stairwells, and vacant apartments, while also playing a key role in maintaining a safe and pleasant environment for residents and staff alike. Your attention to detail, positive attitude, and ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential to your success.
Key Responsibilities
 
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the community, including offices, model units, amenities, stairwells, breezeways, and entrances.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across common areas.
  • Clean carpets, furniture, windows, and other surfaces to uphold community standards.
  • Operate cleaning equipment safely and maintain organized, well-stocked supply areas.
  • Prepare vacant units for new residents through light cleaning and touch-ups.
  • Report maintenance or safety issues promptly, follow safety procedures, and provide professional, courteous service to residents and team members.
