About the Role
Clarvida is seeking a Program Director to oversee assigned programs under the supervision of the Divisional Director. In this leadership role, you will ensure services are delivered in alignment with Clarvida's values of Excellence, Integrity, Sustainability, Innovation, being People-Centered, and maintaining a supportive, engaging workplace culture.
You will be responsible for the overall management and success of your assigned program, including compliance with agency, state, and federal requirements. This role includes program development, budgeting, quality assurance, collaboration with community partners, and staff supervision. You will also serve as a key representative of Clarvida to staff, government officials, and the community, ensuring clarity around program standards, goals, and expectations.
This position requires approximately 50% travel to support program operations and oversight.
