Job description

Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth!  Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Program Director at Les Peters Youth Academy in Tampa, Florida currently-however we are seeking applicants from St. Petersburg, FL area as our site will be re-locating

Les Peters Academy is a moderate-risk residential commitment program for female youth aged 14 to 19. This program provides youth with comprehensive care, treatment, supervision, and evidence-based intensive mental health services. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling, while in the program.

A youth’s length of stay is determined by the youth's assessed risk to reoffend, their progress in reducing applicable criminogenic needs and risk factors, and the completion of their individualized treatment plan.

What you will do:  you will be responsible for the quality delivery and oversight of the treatment, educational, vocational and student health and welfare services in accordance with Rite of Passage policies and procedures as-well-as federal, state, and local rules, regulations Oversees site budgets and expenses.  Provides management and oversees Human Resources Department. Establishes, manages and promotes positive relationships within the program and also Ensures compliance with all licensing and regulatory agencies.

To be considered you should: Possess a BA/BS in related field (master’s degree preferred).  Four years of related experience in residential facility management possess a Driver’s License.
