Job Summary
We are seeking an experience Residential General Contractor to oversee and execute residential home remodeling projects.  This role requires strong leadership, project management skills, and hands on construction knowledge to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget and to AG Wood Corp. standards. 
Responsibilities 
  • Manage residential remodel projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors and project schedules
  • Obtain required permits and submit required applications 
  • Ensure all work meets AG Wood Corp. quality
  • Ensure all work meets building codes to pass inspections 
  • Oversee job site operations, safety and workflow
  • Communicate effectively with clients 
  • Keep projects on schedule and within budget
  • Troubleshoot and resolve on site issues efficiently 
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Residential General Contractor
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes
  • Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities 
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
Requirements
