Job description

Summer Internship Program 2026
Welcome to an internship where the only coffee you'll be getting, is for yourself.
At Cronin, we believe that a good idea can come from anyone. That is why our internship is an immersive experience where you jump right into the day-to-day work of the agency. Real projects for real clients. Because how else would you maximize your know-how?
MEANINGFUL PROJECT WORK
You’ll experience what it’s like to do actual projects for clients. Many of our interns have even contributed ideas that have made it to important client meetings.
NICE PEOPLE TO LEARN FROM
It’s all about access, here. There are no nicer people in this business than Cronin people. We set you up with Mentors to guide you through the whole internship experience, from setting expectations to regular check-ins to ensuring you feel confident and empowered. You meet the higher-ups at planned Executive Leadership Coffee Talks, where you can pick some of the best brains in the business.
THOUGHTFUL FEEDBACK
The thing about communication is that it’s a two-way street. Your colleagues at Cronin are so good at giving authentic feedback. It’s the kind of intel that helps you jump to the next level on your career journey. Your mentors will always touch-base with you to make sure you’re getting the most from your time with us. We love our interns!
But we also want to hear from you (throughout your internship and even after it’s over). What was your experience with the internship program at Cronin and how can we make it better?
SHARPEN YOUR SKILLS
There are training sessions planned all summer long, some are with professional upskilling platforms and webinars we have partnered with. Topics could include creative presentation skills, creative problem-solving, team communication skills and making the best kick-butt deck ever. Our People Operations Guru can even help you refine your resumé and hone those interview skills.
NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES
So, you know you like marketing, but you aren’t quite sure why, or what part of marketing? The best thing about an internship with us is that not many agencies do it all, like we do. Because we have a variety of departments, you can explore and find what you are most interested in — from the creative department, media, client services and brand, administration, production, print production, communications amp; PR, content, digital, events and so much more. All right in-house. After your internship, you will be able to network with professionals in so many disciplines and hit the ground running.
Summer Internship Program
Are you a college student or recent grad looking for an internship?  Do you have a passion for marketing, social media, communications, or perhaps the business side of a growing marketing agency?  Do you want to gain experience with a top shop and add some amazing work to your portfolio and resume?
A summer internship at Cronin will provide you with a hands-on introduction to working at an advertising agency and the opportunity to be immersed in the craft of creating marketing campaigns for clients. Depending on the type of experience you’re looking to gain, you will get the opportunity to work alongside dedicated and passionate professionals in a wide variety of disciplines, including:
Account Service - Involved with project related work on current needs of our clients. It could involve research, help with campaign development, process improvement, amp; other project-related work that arises. Get ready to roll up your sleeves, learn, contribute, and feel part of the fast-paced, ever-changing, and fun world of advertising! During this 10-week program, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the advertising business and be truly valued as a junior member of the Account Service team. You will take part in meetings, receive coaching and instruction on specific projects related to client business, and learn firsthand about the various departments within Cronin. This is a hybrid position for someone willing amp; able to come into the office in Glastonbury, CT on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, amp; Thursdays. Candidate will be preferably a graduate or at minimum a rising senior.

The intern program will provide hands-on advertising experience and opportunities to contribute to award-winning work and be a respectable addition to your resume or portfolio. Win / win.
Requirements:
  • Duration of internship: June 8 – August 14, 2026, commitment of 20+ hours per week (Monday through Friday, Tuesdays are mandatory).
  • All Internships are paid at $16.94/hour.
  • Must be currently enrolled in college at the time of applying. Most internships are open to rising juniors and seniors, new college graduates, and grad students.
  • Internship applications must be submitted by March 27, 2026.
*This is a non-exempt position.
*No recruiters.
