Overview:

We are excited to offer a paid summer internship for Marketing Special Projects Internship. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented student with a passion for storytelling through video and visual content.
In this role, you will play a key part in producing short-form video content and vignettes that showcase our products, processes, and client solutions for use in presentations and marketing initiatives. This hands-on experience will allow you to collaborate with cross-functional teams while building skills in content creation, filming, editing, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing special projects focused on video content and client-facing materials
  • Support the creation, filming, and editing of short-form videos and vignettes for client presentations and internal use
  • Help manage project timelines, shot lists, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to capture content that highlights products, processes, and customer solutions
  • Organize and maintain digital media assets, project files, and documentation
  • Contribute to presentation development by integrating video content and visual storytelling elements

Skills and Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Film, Media Production, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong interest in video production, digital storytelling, and content creation
  • Basic experience with filming, editing, and multimedia tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar platforms) preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and creative deliverables
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
