Job Title: General Contractor / Reconstruction Project Manager
Location: Central Indiana
Growing restoration and reconstruction company seeking an experienced General Contractor with strong subcontractor relationships and proven ability to manage projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage residential and light commercial reconstruction projects
  • Coordinate and oversee subcontractors
  • Maintain schedules, budgets, and job quality
  • Review insurance scopes/estimates (Xactimate preferred)
  • Communicate with customers and internal team
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years construction or GC experience
  • Established subcontractor network
  • Strong project management and leadership skills
  • Insurance restoration experience preferred
  • Valid drivers license
