We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Residential Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the leasing process for our residential properties, ensuring a seamless experience for potential tenants while upholding our Core Values.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update vacancy lists for all available residential properties.

- Manage marketing platforms to promote properties effectively.

- Respond to online inquiries and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.

- Conduct property showings for prospective tenants.

- Ensure all application information is complete and accurate.

- Receive, delegate, and track maintenance requests and activities.

- Provide excellent customer service to enhance tenant satisfaction.

- Conduct move in and move out inspections.

- Perform other tasks as directed by supervisor consistent with skills and responsibilities.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Basic customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
