Residential counselors are professionals who provide support, supervision, and guidance to individuals living in group homes, residential treatment centers, or similar facilities. They work with children, adolescents, or adults who may have behavioral, emotional, or developmental challenges. Residential counselors help residents with daily living skills, implement treatment plans, and create a safe, supportive environment. They also monitor residents' progress and communicate with families and other professionals as needed.

What does a residential counselor do?

Residential Counselors play a key role in helping residents maintain consistent daily routines, such as meal preparation, medication management, and attending scheduled activities.
