Job description

We are seeking a Residential Construction Field Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure the successful delivery of residential townhome projects. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader in residential construction with strong organizational and communication skills. This role is key in maintaining construction timelines, quality control and subcontractor coordination, all while ensuring a safe and productive job site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage all phases of residential construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers and inspections.
  • Monitor construction progress to ensure quality standards, timelines and budgets are met.
  • Enforce safety protocols and hob site cleanliness at all times
  • Maintain detailed daily reports and communicate status updates to project managers.
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively to avoid delays or budget overruns.
  • Conduct quality control inspections and ensure work meets building codes and company standards.
  • Serve as t he main point of contract between field crews and office staff.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and subcontractors.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in residential construction supervision
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety practices and local building codes.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in construction management software or Microsoft Office tools
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
