Job description

MTY Builders is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk & Warranty Coordinator to join our team full-time. As the first point of contact for MTY Builders, this position plays an important role in creating a positive and professional first impression for clients, vendors, homeowners, and visitors. We are looking for someone who is welcoming, polished, organized, and confident in both communication and presentation.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable handling both front office responsibilities and customer service coordination for our warranty department.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
  • Greet clients, homeowners, and visitors
  • Manage incoming emails and customer service requests
  • Coordinate and schedule warranty service appointments
  • Maintain warranty calendars, reports, and spreadsheets
  • Communicate with homeowners, vendors, and field personnel regarding service requests
  • Assist with sales and closing documentation
  • Organize and file incoming documents
  • Sort and distribute mail and deliveries
  • Maintain office organization and common areas
  • Monitor office supply and snack inventory
  • Provide administrative support to multiple departments as needed
  • Assist with office errands and deliveries
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of administrative assistant, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and basic computer systems
  • Experience in construction, homebuilding, warranty, or real estate industry is a plus
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday
  • 8 AM - 5 PM

Pay

  • $18 - $21 per hour, depending on experience
