Resident Services Coordinator 

Location:On-site | Queens

Reports to:Resident Service Manager

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $55,000- $60,000based on level of experience plus discretionary bonus 

Twin Pines Management is seeking a proactive, organized, and servicefocused Resident Services Coordinator to support daily operations across our multifamily residential portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a fastpaced environment, maintains a strong sense of urgency, and delivers consistently exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Resident Relations & Customer Service

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, ensuring a professional, responsive, and positive experience.
  • Coordinate and resolve resident inquiries and service requests promptly.
  • Manage resident communication through platforms such as BuildingLink, Hello Alfred, and others.

Leasing & Administrative Support

  • Assist with lease renewals, track expirations, and prepare related notices and documentation.
  • Support rent collection efforts and follow up on resident questions regarding balances and payments.
  • Maintain accurate tenant records, reporting, and documentation within Yardi.
  • Prepare correspondence, notices, and administrative materials as needed.

Operational Support

  • Assist the Resident Services Manager and Resident Services Director in daily operational and administrative tasks.
  • Help monitor deadlines, ensure followthrough on tasks, and contribute to smooth property operations across the portfolio.

  • Solid understanding of resident relations and serviceoriented operations

Work Environment
