Job Description
The Vendor Services Coordinator is responsible for supporting the outsourcing of calibration services to ensure customer requirements are met accurately, efficiently, and on time. This role works closely with internal teams and approved external vendors to coordinate calibration services that cannot be performed in-house.
Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Coordinate the outsourcing of calibration services to qualified approved vendors
โ€ข Identify and source vendors capable of meeting customer calibration requirements while ensuring quality, cost, and turnaround expectations are achieved
โ€ข Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal departments to provide timely updates and resolve service-related issues
โ€ข Track outsourced work orders and ensure projects progress according to established timelines
โ€ข Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems
โ€ข Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
โ€ข Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational goals and deliver exceptional customer service
โ€ข Perform other duties as assigned
โ€ข 1-5 years of relative customer and/or vendor support experience with a High School diploma or equivalent; or a combination of experience and education
โ€ข Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
โ€ข Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
โ€ข Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
โ€ข Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
โ€ข Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
โ€ข Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to supporting coworkers and delivering outstanding customer service
โ€ข Position will report to the corporate facility in Marietta, GA
โ€ข Candidate shall be able to work 40 plus hours per week to meet customer demands and ATS schedule. Overtime as needed
โ€ข Candidates shall provide their own cell phone with data plan for connection to ATS email and multi-factor authentication
โ€ข Candidate shall be able to lift 60 pounds
โ€ข Candidates shall have a clean driving record, background check, and drug screen
