Knowledge, Skills and Experience required: 
  • 1+ years of multifamily housing leasing experience required 
  • Experience with handling lease renewals and resident retention  
  • Yardi experience is preferred  
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must be able to pass a soft credit review
Compensation and Benefits Available: 
  • $20-$22 an hour 
  • Excellent Commission potential! Up to $100/Renewal and up to $100/Rental!

Schedule: Monday - Friday dayshift hours. 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. (Potentially every other Saturday 4 hour shift)
