Job description

Live-In Position includes taking calls from the Residents of a 24-unit apartment complex in Leominster, renting apartments, and doing some repairs in turn for free living in a 2-bedroom heated apartment.


This candidate should be available to work some additional hours for additional pay (level will be determined by ability). This is for apartment turn-over work, painting, light plumbing, and general maintenance jobs at this and other Leominster and Fitchburg properties. There is flexibility in this portion of the position.


Most of all, candidate must enjoy working with and helping our residents and their needs, be self-motivated, and have pride in their work.
