Viciniti is an employee-owned corporate housing company that provides fully furnished apartments for business travelers, relocating employees, healthcare professionals, and other temporary residents. We're seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Corporate Apartment Housekeeper to help ensure our apartments are clean, comfortable, and move-in ready.

This is more than traditional housekeeping. You'll prepare apartments for new arrivals, perform housekeeping services for current guests, maintain inventory, and help create an exceptional resident experience.

What You'll Do

  • Clean and prepare fully furnished apartments for incoming residents
  • Perform scheduled housekeeping services in occupied apartments
  • Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies
  • Clean kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms to company standards
  • Inspect apartments to ensure they are guest-ready and welcoming
  • Stock, organize, and maintain housewares, linens, and cleaning supplies
  • Monitor inventory and report supply needs
  • Drive a company vehicle between apartment locations throughout the Baton Rouge area
  • Interact professionally with residents when performing housekeeping services
