Job description

Company Description
Do you have HEART? We are looking for individuals who can embrace our mission to purposely brighten and enrich the lives of those we serve with HEART; Hospitality, Excellence, Appreciation, Respect & Teamwork. In this role you will be responsible for day to day operations as it relates to resident care while promoting and integrating the mission and philosophy of Senior Lifestyle Corporation. The RCC manages the care staff in AL by scheduling, evaluating, and supporting the frontline care staff while reporting to the HWD. The RCC should be in close contact with resident families and be instrumental in care plan meetings and service issues as they relate to care.
Job Description
  • Support HWD by managing Assisted Living team members.
  • Schedule Assisted Living team members.
  • Participate in Care Plan meetings with families and residents and manage ISP's as resident needs change.
  • Promote all company policies by ensuring SLC communities are providing the best care possible for our residents.
  • Participate in weekly at risk meetings with HWD, ED, MCC/ MCD to ensure leadership team is aware of all resident needs.
  • Review and implement all necessary processes for optimal operational efficiency such as- shower schedules, laundry schedules, caregiver assignment sheets, etc.

Qualifications
Level of Formal Education: HS or GED
Area of Study: General
Years of Experience: 3-5+ years caregiver experience preferred
Type of Experience: CAN experience preferred, scheduling, communicating with families
Special Certifications: Prefer CNA
Language Skills: Acceptable fluency in English in order to perform job duties and speak, read, write, and communicate with supervisors, coworkers, residents, and applicable third parties.
Technical Competencies: Basic computer skills, Excel for scheduling
Skills and Ability:
  • Need to be organized, flexible, and even tempered.
  • Ability to communicate with families, frontline team, and community management team to ensure optimal operational success.

Personal Attributes: Calm personality that possess the ability handle stressful situations with an easy demeanor, ability to multi task and follow through, and self-motivated.
