Location: Villa Maria Independent Living Community 

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (40 Hours/Week) 

Position Summary 


Amada Senior Care is seeking an energetic, compassionate, and relationship-driven Resident Care Manager & Community Engagement Coordinator to serve as our dedicated on-site representative at Villa Maria. 


This unique position combines exceptional caregiving with community engagement, resident relationship building, and business development. The Resident Care Manager will provide outstanding non-medical care to assigned clients while becoming a visible and trusted presence throughout the Villa Maria community. 


In addition to providing direct care, the Resident Care Manager will engage residents, educate families about available services, identify individuals who may benefit from additional support, promote Amada's caregiving and safety technology programs, and work collaboratively with Amada's Community Relations Representative to coordinate resident events, educational programs, and wellness activities. 


Our mission is simple: Help Villa Maria residents remain safe, independent, and thriving for as long as possible. 



Essential Responsibilities 

Direct Client Care 


Provide compassionate, high-quality non-medical home care services to assigned clients, including: 


  • Personal care assistance 
  • Bathing and dressing 
  • Grooming and hygiene 
  • Medication reminders 
  • Meal preparation 
  • Mobility and transfer assistance 
  • Companionship 
  • Transportation assistance 
  • Wellness observation 
  • Accurate documentation of care 


Resident Engagement 


Serve as a welcoming and trusted resource throughout Villa Maria by: 


  • Building meaningful relationships with residents 
  • Greeting and interacting with residents throughout the day 
  • Visiting common areas and participating in community life 
  • Identifying residents who may benefit from additional support 
  • Promoting healthy aging, safety, and independence 
  • Serving as a positive ambassador for Amada Senior Care
