Job description

Per diem - Location: Continuing Care Center - 350 Parrish St, Canandaigua, NY 14424.

What will you do?

  • The primary purpose of this position is to help ensure the quality of life & environment for the Continuing Care Center memory care residents.
  • Follow the Federal and State guidelines and regulations and the Continuing Care Center's established policies and procedures to ensure that the needs of residents are met and maintained.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with people with dementia preferred.

The Complexity of Duties:

  • Ability to work independently and with co-workers.
  • Ability to engage with resident in meaningful activities. 
  • Ability to complete the work promptly without compromising the safety of the residents or associates.

What hours would you work?

  • Monday through Friday from 4 pm to 8 pm
  • Weekends from 11 am to 7 pm

Salary Range:
