What You'll Do
As a CNA/Resident Assistant, you'll get to know our residents and provide individualized support based on their needs and preferences.
  • Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, dining, and other activities of daily living
  • Provide care according to each resident's Individual Service Plan (ISP)
  • Assist residents with mobility and transfers using appropriate equipment and safe practices
  • Complete wellness checks and respond promptly to resident calls and alarms
  • Observe residents for changes in condition or behavior and promptly report concerns
  • Accurately document resident care and services
  • Assist with medications when appropriately trained and delegated
  • Follow resident-rights, infection prevention, and safety requirements
  • Participate in required meetings and training
  • Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and homelike environment
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers

We're looking for people who are compassionate, dependable, and genuinely enjoy helping others.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • CNA certification desirable, but not required
  • Previous caregiving, assisted living, memory care, or senior living experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Willingness to complete required CBRF certifications and training
  • Ability to safely use applicable resident transfer and mobility equipment

Schedule
Our residents depend on us 24/7, so opportunities may be available across day, evening, and night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Shift differentials may be available for eligible shifts.
