Position Summary

Ytech is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to serve as a direct, day-to-day partner to the Chief Sales Officer across Ytech's luxury residential projects. This is a right-hand role: the person in this seat will own the operational and analytical work that keeps the sales and marketing organization sharp — competitive intelligence, event and webinar execution, product communications, and performance reporting. It is a high-visibility position suited to an early-career professional who is highly intelligent, resourceful, and eager to take on real ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Competitive Research & Battlecards

•   Monitor competing luxury and branded-residence developments across pricing, inventory, positioning, and sales velocity.

•   Build and maintain sales battlecards and competitive comparison materials used directly by the sales team and leadership.

•   Translate market intelligence into clear, defensible talking points that hold up under broker and buyer scrutiny.

Event Administration

•   Coordinate logistics for broker events, VIP previews, and sales gallery activations, including vendor management.

•   Manage event budgets, timelines, and follow-up reporting.

Webinar Creation

•   Build and manage webinars for brokers and buyers, including content coordination, platform setup, and post-event follow-up.

Product Updates

•   Prepare and distribute construction, inventory, and pricing updates to the sales team and broker network.

•   Keep internal and broker-facing materials current as projects progress.

Reporting

•   Build recurring sales, pipeline, and marketing performance reports for the CSO and leadership team.

Qualifications

•   Bachelor's degree required.

•   1–3 years of relevant professional experience.

•   Real estate experience highly desirable.

•   Exposure to Salesforce.com preferred, not required.

•   Highly intelligent, analytically sharp, and detail-oriented.

•   A true go-getter: proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership without close supervision.

•   Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to write with precision and restraint.

•   Able to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.

•   Sound judgment with confidential and competitively sensitive information.

What Success Looks Like

•   The CSO can hand off a research question, an event, or a reporting need and trust it will come back done right, without heavy oversight.

•   Battlecards and competitive materials are consistently current, accurate, and used with confidence by the sales team.

•   Events and webinars run smoothly, on budget, and on brand.

•   Reporting is timely, accurate, and shapes real decisions.
