Responsibilities

  • Track and trace customer orders and advise as required.
  • To organize and effectively communicate the requirements of our customers to other SEKO stations and agents.
  • Processing vendor invoices for payment.
  • Obtain recovery, POD information, and enter into the computer with charges if applicable.
  • Answer telephones and help with inquiries from customers as well as stations and/or agents.
  • Enter new accounts and/or do maintenance on account files when needed.
  • Must be aware of FAA Security program, packaging and crating procedures, and hazardous materials management.
  • Comply with SEKO's C-TPAT Security Profile.
  • Expected to uphold SEKO's Core Values.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. College degree preferred. Minimum of 1-year experience required.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with a minimum of direct supervision.
  • Must have knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry and accounting procedures.
  • Must also have strong verbal and written communication skills as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

Compensation

The base salary compensation range being offer for this role is $20 - $28 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
