Job Title: Breakfast Host

Primary Purpose
The Breakfast Host is responsible for creating a warm, "home-away-from-home" experience for guests during our complimentary breakfast service. Beyond preparing and replenishing high-quality food, you are the face of the morning, ensuring every guest starts their day with a positive interaction in a clean, inviting environment.
Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation & Presentation

  • Service Execution:
    Prepare and set up the daily breakfast buffet according to brand standards, ensuring all hot and cold items are available and visually appealing.

  • Continuous Replenishment:
    Monitor food levels throughout the shift, replenishing items, coffee, and condiments promptly to prevent guest wait times.

  • Quality Control:
    Maintain food temperature logs and ensure all items meet safety and freshness standards.
Guest Interaction & Hospitality


  • Personalized Service:
    Greet every guest with a warm smile, assist with seating, and engage in friendly conversation to build rapport.

  • Information Resource:
    Provide information about the hotel’s amenities and local San Antonio attractions or directions.

  • Problem Resolution:
    Address any guest concerns or special dietary requests immediately with a "can-do" attitude.
Cleanliness & Compliance


  • Dining Area Maintenance:
