• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to formulate effective treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring a client-centered approach at all times.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic methodologies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, depending on client needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, ensuring comprehensive care and holistic treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal obligations, leveraging electronic medical record (EMR) systems for efficiency.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
