Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Reservation Support Specialist to assist with client reservation requests and provide administrative support related to booking and scheduling services. This is a remote support role focused on customer service, coordination, and accurate data handling within a reservations environment.
This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, professional, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with reservation and scheduling requests submitted by clients
Support booking coordination across various service categories, including accommodations and related services
Maintain accurate client records and reservation details in internal systems
Communicate professionally with clients via email, phone, or messaging platforms
