Workplace Associate - JLLWhat this job involves:

The Workplace Associate provides comprehensive workplace management services to create a best-in-class experience while supporting routine facility operations. As the first point of contact at Reception, this pivotal role delivers authentic service experiences that strengthen the bond between JLL, our clients, and their guests. You'll be responsible for continuous monitoring of facility conditions, procurement management, work order coordination, and welcoming employees with genuine hospitality. This position maintains smooth operations through exceptional customer service, thoughtful administrative support, and execution of duties to the highest professional standards, directly contributing to JLL's commitment to delivering world-class workplace experiences.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Create a comfortable, welcoming, and hospitable environment for employees and guests while serving as the first point of contact at Reception
  • Monitor office and facility conditions continuously, anticipating client needs through observation to create memorable experiences
  • Schedule, coordinate, and communicate maintenance activities while managing internal and building work order systems and invoice processing
  • Deliver personable and efficient visitor registration services, ensuring regulatory compliance and executing emergency response plans when necessary
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and break areas, monitor and stock supplies, and ensure proper functioning of beverage machines
  • Organize receipt and delivery of mail and courier services, managing distribution and processing outgoing packages
  • Handle internal and external communications, assist with meeting and conference room reservations, and provide facility-specific assistance to the project management team
Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in facilities management, building management, business, or related field; OR 2+ years of experience in Facility or Property Administration
  • Superior customer service skills with the ability to maintain professionalism in stressful situations
  • Experience with Corrigo or other CMMS/Automated Work Order systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with advanced Excel skills for customizing administrative reports
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and demonstrate effective planning and time management skills
  • Knowledge of HSSE guidelines and compliance requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in corporate workplace or commercial property environments
  • Familiarity with visitor management systems and badge access administration
  • Previous experience coordinating with vendors and service providers
  • Background in hospitality or customer-facing roles
  • Understanding of basic facilities maintenance and building operations
  • Experience supporting budgetary requests, analysis, and reporting
