Job Summary

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing outstanding guest service at the front desk while following Marriott brand standards. This position serves as the first and last point of contact for guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, processing reservations, and ensuring a positive guest experience throughout the stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner

  • Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently

  • Process reservations, room assignments, and payments

  • Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries promptly

  • Resolve guest concerns or escalate issues to a supervisor or Manager on Duty as appropriate

  • Follow Marriott brand standards and customer service expectations

  • Utilize Marriott systems including PMS and GXP (Guest Experience Platform)
