Responsibilities:

As a Front Desk Agent (part time), you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay, ensuring a warm, professional, and seamless experience from check-in to check-out.
  • Manage Front Office operations, including check-in, check-out, guest care, cashier procedures, access support, and general assistance, always following Yurbban standards and procedures.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries through messaging platforms, phone, and email, providing support with reservations, access codes, payments, digital tools, and general questions.
  • Monitor system alerts, surveillance equipment, alarms, and access control systems, taking appropriate action to ensure guest safety, property functionality, and operational continuity.
  • Provide remote and on-site support when required, including guest assistance, basic troubleshooting, emergency response, and coordination with internal teams or external vendors.
  • Escalate technical, operational, or security-related issues to the appropriate departments, collaborating closely with Operations, Maintenance, and other teams.
  • Keep accurate records of guest interactions, incidents, actions taken, and resolutions, while identifying recurring issues or trends for improvement.
  • Organize and prioritize multiple requests or conversations simultaneously, ensuring urgent matters are handled efficiently and professionally.
  • Assist employees, visitors, and guests when needed, ensuring access control, safety, and support across the property.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills with a guest-first mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Familiarity with front desk operations and phone systems.
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Availability to work 8-hour shifts (morning, evening, and night shifts available), including weekends and holidays.

Schedule: This position requires fully availability during mornings and afternoons, shift of 10 hours could be arranged between 10:00 am to 10:00 pm 3 times a week,ย weekends required.

Work Location: Miami South Beach, FL.

Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of being stand and lifting 15 pounds or more

Work Authorization: Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
