Position Summary
The Research Project Manager is responsible for the operational management and oversight of international studies from proposal through closeout. The Division of Global Women's Health (GWH) in the Department of OB-GYN supports faculty with research studies within multiple sites in the US and in international locations. The Research Project Manager will lead planning and oversight of study implementation for multiple projects and monitor regulatory and award compliance.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Master's or Bachelor's and 0-2 years' experience; or will accept a combination of related education and experience in substitution.
Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in research management.
  • Familiarity with maternal and child health field.
  • Training in good clinical practices and protection of human subjects.
  • Operational management skills needed to plan, coordinate, and complete studies.
  • Ability to organize and motivate others.
  • Able to effectively communicate in a cross-cultural environment.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience
International experience preferred.
