The Atlantic Group has partnered with a global market research firm in the Fort Myers, FL area. They have an immediate need for an Engagement Specialist to start working remotely as soon as possible. This position is a full-time contract role with the opportunity to become permanent based on performance.
Job Description:
The primary responsibility of the role is to support the Research Engagement Services team with the timely processing of internal and external email volume. Additional responsibilities include service request creation and routing of requests to the appropriate internal teams.
Work Schedule: Fully remote but employees must live locally (within 30 miles)
Hours: Monday-Friday (The hours for this position are 8am to 5pm ET or 10am to 7pm ET). Fully remote but employees must live locally.
Interview Process: 1 video interview. Will ship equipment to work fully remote.

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree required.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred but not required.
-Experience using Salesforce is a plus.
-Attention to detail.
-Strong verbal/written communication skills.
-Microsoft Office and Outlook experience required.
-Excellent time management skills
