Position Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Utilize CRM to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate pipeline data
  • Research and identify target accounts within key industries aligned with company services
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for senior sales team members
  • Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns in collaboration with marketing
  • 20+ face-to-face calls per week
  • Maintain consistent follow-up prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel
  • Analyze lead generation metrics and adjust strategies to improve conversion rates
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
  • Attend networking functions including conferences, trade shows, etc.

Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (B2B) for a Staffing/Agency/workforce solution firm.
  • Hands-on experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed lead generation targets
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills

Location: Detroit Metro Area
Travel Requirements: 25-50%
