Job description

GENERAL SUMMARY:ย 

Work closely on one or more moderately complex projects/assignments in collaboration with leadership including the Principal Investigator, Senior Bioscientific Staff, and/or Director or Vice President. Manage significant and key aspects of one or more small to moderate research projects from start-up to closeout, or ongoing research functions. Oversee day-to-day operations of team members working on assigned studies and projects.

ย EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and five (5) years of relevant experience, including at least two (2) years of research experience; experience leading cross functional teams or a small to moderate sized project. OR Master's degree in a related field and six (6) months of research experience.ย 
  • Experience working in a team orientated environment and comfortable working with cross-functional teams required.ย 
  • Strong customer service, critical thinking and interpersonal skills required.ย 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a general knowledge of medical terminology preferred.ย 

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:ย 

  • CAP-M or PMI Project Management Professional certification or similar preferred.ย 
  • Society of Clinical Research Associates or Association of Clinical Research Professionals certification preferred.
