Primary Duties

1. Responsible for internship registration database management
2. Manage contact with site supervisors, interns, and faculty advisors
3. Maintain accurate records of internships, interns, site supervisors, and student assignments
4. Promptly and professionally respond to email inquiries
5. Create systems for file management
6. Assist with updating internships handouts
7. Maintain consistent and reliable attendance

Secondary Duties

1. Create material for internship presentations
2. Assist front desk, scheduling appointments as needed
3. Other duties as assigned
