The Development Assistant will provide essential support to the project management and development processes, ensuring the successful execution of construction projects from conception to completion. Reporting directly to the Development Specialist, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth. Position Purpose: Develop a team that delivers exceptional customer experience and hits business objectives.
Core Purpose: To create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners.
Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end equipment procurement, including orders, quotes, purchase orders, invoices, and maintain organized documentation and records.
• Track project purchasing and budgets, monitoring order submissions and receipts, maintaining purchase order logs, and preparing budget reports for Finance.
• Organize the setup of storage containers, temporary dumpsters, and trash services.
• Coordinate utilities and fulfill municipality requirements for enrollment centers, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
• Stay informed about relevant zoning regulations and other legal requirements to ensure compliance.
• Keep the equipment delivery team informed and up to date on any changes that may occur, ensuring smooth communication channels and operational efficiency.
• Undertake special projects involving extensive research and meticulous data compilation to provide comprehensive insights into strategic decision-making.
• Utilize data analytics tools to assess project performance, identify trends, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Provide administrative support to the construction and development team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in real estate and/or construction development.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office, and Smartsheet.
• Knowledge of development processes, terminology, and best practices.
• Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail in reviewing project documentation, plans, and reports.
• Willing to work a hybrid schedule, 2-3 days at our Corporate office in Las Vegas.
Requirements:
• Must successfully pass Background Check.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

$20-$25 USD
