Job description

Role Summary

The goal of the internship is to evaluate the associate's potential to return after graduation for our full-time Associate Analyst program. Rising juniors will be eligible for return internship offers for the following summer pending strong performance.

Responsibilities

The Equity Research Summer Internship program is a ten-week undergraduate internship offering associates the opportunity to:

  • Conduct fundamental research on an assigned industry and 1 - 2 companies within the industry, supported by training and mentorship from our investment platform
  • Analyze financial statements, industry trends, and competitive landscapes
  • Build 3 statement financial models to inform investment recommendations
  • Provide strategic investment insights, not just number crunching
  • Present investment ratings and recommendations to investment professionals

Qualifications

Required:

  • Full time student pursing abachelor'sdegree with an expected graduation date of December 2027- May/June 2029.
  • MinimumGPA: 3.5 Overall

Preferred:

  • Strong interest in the markets and equity research
  • Strong academic background and intellectual curiosity
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with ability to work independently and with others
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

FINRA Requirements

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.
