Position Overview: The Payee Associate plays a vital role in ensuring that clients’ financial obligations are met accurately and on time. This position supports the daily operations of the representative payee program, manages client accounts, and provides clear, respectful communication to clients, caseworkers, and partner agencies. It’s a great fit for someone who is detail‑oriented, organized, and motivated by work that directly improves lives in the community.

Salary: $37,440 - $41,600

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned client accounts, including budgeting, bill payment, and financial recordkeeping
  • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date financial files and documentation for each client
  • Communicate with clients, case managers, landlords, and service providers regarding budgets, payments, and financial needs
