- Prepare and distribute monthly reports supporting the bank's SOX compliance and internal control requirements
- Monitor and report charge-offs of $10,000 or greater
- Track loans returning to accrual status for relationships of $250,000 or greater
- Track loans moving to nonaccrual status for relationships of $250,000 or greater
- Compile monthly charge off activity and review supporting documentation to ensure appropriate approvals have been obtained
- Provide accurate and timely reporting to senior management and key stakeholders
- Prepare transfer documentation for repossessed assets moving to the bank's Other Assets General Ledger account
- Monitor and manage repossessed assets throughout the recovery and disposition process
- Maintain detailed reporting on repossession activity, including:
- Repossession aging and timelines
- Region and lender origination
- Charge-off activity at transfer
- Time to sale
- Gain or loss on disposition
- Financial impact and overall cost benefit of each repossession
