Responsibilities

Build effective, efficient reporting solutions at scalethat connect to business needs:

  • Work with clients and client teams to configure reporting templates tosuitbusinessneedand drive improved outcomes.

  • Support stakeholder training and troubleshooting for reporting solutions.

  • Enable client-facing and pipelinedata quality and readiness across our data solutions

  • This requiresadeep understanding of use cases and user stories.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and advocate for reportconfiguration and flexibilitywhere it matters andbalancethat with our need to scale across a diverse client portfolio.

  • Ensure our solutions reflect best-in-class security and usability standards,

  • Support with migration of remaining existingclients to our new reporting solution. Continually improve andmaintainexisting reporting solutions to drive better insights, time savings, and confidence in our reporting solutions at scale.

Collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders:

  • This is a highly collaborative role, working with internal teams including ClientServices, Data Engineering, Measurement Solutions, Product andActivateto:

  • Understand user needs and constraints

  • Leverageinsights gained to create and driveadoptionof new, consistent reporting standards

  • Unlock value for our Activate team members and clients to deliver time-savingsand valuable reporting views in the most efficient manner

  • Educate and train usersonhow to use our tools and reports in themost efficientway

  • This role is primarily internal but occasionally requires professional interaction with our clients

Adopt and advocate foruser-centered design principles:

  • Learn and understand media reporting best practices andadvocate for improvementsto better serve the organization

  • Advocate to product on behalf of client needs to drive improvements to Ovative offerings

  • Drive client adoption and personalexpertisein Tableau, data bricks, and other relevant toolswith a "template-first" mentality

Team leadership and employee development:

Requirements

  • 3+years experiencewithpaid media metrics and key performance indicators, knowledge of marketing analytics and attribution methods

  • Intermediate to advancedExcel experienceand data viz tools

  • Basic understanding of data warehousing and engineering concepts

  • Preferred:businessintelligenceexpertise(Tableau experience, GLS experience, etc.)

  • Preferred:Working knowledge of SQL and ability to write basic queries to extract and analyze data; familiarity with Python or R

  • Preferred:Github/version control tools

Pay Transparency

AtOvative, we offer a transparent view into three core components of your total compensation package: Base Salary, Annual Bonus, and Benefits. The salary range for this position below is inclusive of an annual bonus.Actualoffers are made with consideration for relevant experience andanticipatedimpact.Additionalbenefits information is provided below.

For ourSr. Analystpositions, our compensation ranges from$75,000 to $93,000, which is inclusive of a15% bonus.
