California Deposition Reporters, Inc. is a family-owned and operated Legal Industry service provider since 1979. We are one of the largest independent litigation support agencies in California with clients in all areas of California. As we continue to grow we are looking for energetic candidates to work in our office who will be assisting in our mission to provide our clients with the top-of-the-line concierge-style services with a local touch.

This job is a full time job with Monday - Friday with normal business hours and no remote options or hybrid options.

Job Responsibilities:
In the admin position, your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support in a fast-paced environment while ensuring clients receive excellent service. This includes accurate data entry, managing assignments, supporting court reporters and law firms, coordinating scheduled jobs, and collaborating with CalDepo staff members. You will also maintain client relationships by following up with law firms and providing ongoing client management.

Your specific duties in this Administrative Assistant role will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns.
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls.
  • Assisting with calendar management and ensuring scheduled jobs are properly coordinated.
  • Data Entry with extreme attention to detail
  • Collaborating with team members to support daily operations and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Completing additional administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
