Requirements:

  • Executive Tenure: 10+ years of senior-level leadership specifically managing large-scale independent broker and agency channels. Proven success driving revenue growth, market expansion, and sales performance
  • Experience managing large books of business and delivering profitable results
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing teams
  • Strong relationship-building skills with agency partners, brokers, and executive stakeholders
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive business decisions
  • Active Property & Casualty License required
  • Ability to travel frequently throughout assigned territories-75% travel 

Preferred Experience:

  • Property & Casualty and/or Auto Insurance industry experience
  • Experience leading multi-state expansion initiatives
  • Track record of managing portfolios exceeding $400M+
  • Experience working with national accounts, aggregators, and large agency partners
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and sales analytics tools
  • CIC, CPCU, or similar industry designations
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue and Distribution Officer, this leader will be responsible for driving the growth, performance, and profitability of Aspire's distribution network. The role will lead distribution strategy, agency and broker development, market expansion, sales leadership, and key partner relationships while helping position Aspire as the carrier of choice across our markets.


What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute distribution and agency growth strategies
  • Build, lead, and develop high-performing sales teams
  • Drive profitable growth and optimize distribution performance
  • Expand relationships with key agencies, brokers, aggregators, and national accounts
  • Lead market expansion initiatives
  • Utilize market intelligence and analytics to identify growth opportunities
  • Partner cross-functionally with Underwriting, Product, Claims, and Operations
  • Champion innovation, technology adoption, and operational excellence
Working Conditions
  • Hybrid office environment with regular travel to agency partners, industry events, and regional markets (up to 50% travel).
  • Fast-paced, results-driven role requiring collaboration with executive leadership, agency partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to support business needs and industry events.
