Position Summary:
We are looking a Full-time a Crew Lead Night a Janitor for the night shift in Fort McCoy Sparta WI. to take care of our building and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our facility in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Pay Rate: $18.20per hour
  • Shift: Monday - Friday
  • Full-time, 8:00am - 3:30pm
  • Location: Fort Mccoy, Sparta WI

Job Duties:
  • Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
  • Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
  • Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
  • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs
  • Stock and maintain supply rooms
  • Cooperate with the rest of the staff
  • Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
  • High School diploma or G.E.D. helpful but not required.
  • Experience: 1+ years of janitorial experience. Supervisory experience is helpful but not required.
  • Certifications/Licenses: Driver's License (regular license in IL, WI, OH, SC; or Class E in MO)
  • Background Checks: Must pass criminal background check. Must pass various State and Federal registry checks. Must pass DCFS Abuse and Neglect Tracking System check.
  • Driving: Must pass driving history check and Company policy criteria. Must maintain valid driver's license and be 21 or older to drive Company van to transport workers, supplies, and equipment between building assignments. Company travel using personal insured vehicles is not required.
