Join Fabiano Brothers as a Repack Worker in Bay City and contribute to our sustainable mission. This onsite position offers the chance to play a vital role in repackaging products for distribution.

What it's like to be a Repack Worker

As a Repackaging Worker, you will work approximately 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Your schedule will begin as early as 7 a.m. on Mondays and at 9 a.m. from Tuesday to Friday. The pay rate is $14 per hour.

Your responsibilities will include repackaging damaged products, sorting items by package type, preparing cardboard boxes, and managing recycling efforts. You will also keep the work area clean and safe while following company policies and supplier guidelines. It is essential to maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.

Essential Functions & Requirements:
  • No prior experience is necessary
  • Willing to learn and follow supervisor directives
  • Demonstrate efficiency and adaptability in a warehouse environment.
  • Capable of safely operating forklifts after receiving training and authorization from Fabiano Brothers.
  • Show a strong commitment to working safely and effectively.
  • Able to repetitively stack, move, and sort products weighing more than 50 lbs.
  • Be reliable and punctual for shifts.
  • Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment (typically 60-64 degrees) with some outdoor exposure.
  • Able to listen to and read work orders to identify items for moving, collecting, distributing, and shipping.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
