Job description

3rd Shift Order Selector

Pay: $17.50 per hour

Shift: 3rd Shift | 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Overtime: Occasional overtime opportunities based on business needs.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Order Selector to join our overnight warehouse team at a produce distribution company. In this role, you'll accurately select customer orders, prepare them for delivery, and help ensure our customers receive the correct products on time.

The ideal candidate is reliable, coachable, comfortable working in a refrigerated environment, and able to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately pull customer orders using order sheets.

  • Stack completed orders in the designated delivery lane for final verification.

  • Review completed delivery orders to ensure all items are accounted for and accurate.

  • Assist loaders with loading delivery trucks as needed.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

  • Follow company safety procedures and warehouse standards.

  • Work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Reliable with excellent attendance.

  • Willingness to learn and accept coaching.
