Reports To: Warehouse Manager

Help Keep Our Warehouse Running

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Repack Associate to help ensure our products are customer-ready and our warehouse stays organized and efficient. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in doing things the right way, and want a consistent four-day workweek, we'd love to meet you.

In this role, you'll inspect returned and damaged products, determine what can be repackaged, prepare products for resale, and safely dispose of unsellable inventory. You'll play an important role in maintaining product quality and supporting warehouse operations.

What You'll Do
  • Inspect returned and damaged products from warehouse and delivery operations.

  • Determine whether products can be repackaged or should be discarded.

  • Repackage approved products to company and supplier standards.

  • Stack, label, and organize repackaged inventory for warehouse storage.

  • Restock approved products in the correct warehouse locations.

  • Safely dispose of expired or non-sellable products according to company procedures.

  • Maintain accurate daily records of repackaged and discarded inventory.

  • Keep the repack area clean, organized, and safe.

  • Operate floor-cleaning equipment and assist with general warehouse housekeeping.

  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Warehouse, inventory, or packaging experience is helpful, but we're willing to train the right person.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

  • Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized workplace.

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on position. Candidates should be able to:

  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

  • Stand and walk for extended periods.

  • Frequently bend, twist, reach, stoop, and climb as needed.

  • Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and moderate noise levels.

Why Join Us?
  • Four-day workweek with three-day weekends every week.

  • Stable, full-time employment.

  • Team-oriented work environment.

  • Opportunity to contribute to the quality and efficiency of our warehouse operations.

  • Training and support to help you succeed.

We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to creating a workplace where every employee is treated with respect and has the opportunity to succeed.
