As a Stocker / Repack, you will stock selection slots with appropriate quantities of products and replenish as needed to avoid scratches and mis-picks by selectors.The Stocker, Repack is an hourly role that stocks items into the A-frame automated pick system. Associates will be expected to have ownership of a section of the machine where they will be expected to ensure stock levels do not drop below an acceptable level, noted through Green, Yellow and Red lights. The Stocker, Repack will be expected to maintain a clean and safe workspace throughout the day.Job Description

You will contribute by:

  • Efficiently opening cases of products and placing them onto designated channels for the A-Frame machine
  • Ensuring that all products are properly aligned and positioned for optimal picking by the A-Frame system
  • Monitoring stock levels and replenishing channels as needed to maintain continuous operation of the A-Frame machine
  • Collaborating with team members to prioritize stock placement and ensure timely fulfillment of orders
  • Conducting visual inspections of products to identify any damage or discrepancies and reporting them to supervisors
  • Following standard operating procedures for handling and placement of products to ensure accuracy and efficiency

What's a great way to stay in shape?

  • Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift
  • Walking between 6-12 miles per day on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.
  • Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more
  • Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead
  • Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height
  • Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
